Practice Sites
BSL currently operates out of two locations for the 2025-2026 season. Generally, Senior and Performance groups practice at the Birmingham Crossplex, and the remaining groups are at the Lakeshore Foundation. Once a member of BSL, you will receive weekly information for practice times and location, as well as any updates on changes in the event of other scheduled events at these locations.

BSL is fortunate to train at the best competition pool in the city! With ten 50-meter lanes or twenty 25-yeard lanes, this pool is perfect for the higher level training demands of our Performance and Senior groups.
